Feeling the Pinch

Not as much as others, I would think, but yes, everyone is feeling it.
This is why:

"Surging food prices in the Philippines pushed the inflation rate in May to 9.6 percent, the highest level since 1999, the government said Thursday."

So if you've put your money in a time deposit that is earning less than 9.6 percent, you're basically.... losing money.
