Today... We Go to Thailand

Today, I cooked Thai Green Curry. I will cook regular stuff again tomorrow, the spicy smells are sticking to my throw pillows and curtains already hehe. Recipe here.

My favorite brand that helps me create all this quick and fast is Asian Home Gourmet mixes available in Rustan's.

What's nice about these mixes is that they have no MSG, artificial flavors and preservatives. I am wary of this when using mixes sold locally. This line is a nice and natural shortcut to recreating those dishes you order at the restaurant.
